Wood & Machine Screws
Keystone Automatic produces both wood and machine screws. Although all standard screws can be made, our specialty is custom designs with a capacity from the smallest through 5/16 inch (16 mm) threads. KAT can produce screws from all available alloys and provide a finished product heat treated and plated.

Electronic Components & Custom Machining
We manufacture and provide small metal pins similar to a common pin but suited to the electrical or electronic industries. These pins are used as contacts, terminations, jumpers, or connectors with male or female ends.

Rivets
Keystone Automatic Technologies, Inc. manufactures and provides small metal rivets suitable to the electrical, electronic or general OEM markets. We can produce rivets from steel, stainless steel or copper based alloys. KAT can produce a variety of head shapes and sizes or end configurations.

Cold Headed Products & Pointing
We produce formed products to your custom requirements. Utilizing four-slide or multi-slide capabilities for flat or round wire. Parts from .005 inch to .625 inch diameter can be produced. Steel, stainless or copper based alloys can be accommodated.

Specialty Nails
We manufacture and provide specialty nails up to .150 inch diameter and 3 inches in length. Specialty nails can be produced in steel, stainless steel or any copper-based alloys.
